Veitsiluoto port (port code: FIVEI ) is mostly used for the import and export needs of the adjacent Stora Enso papermill. Some berths can also accommodate Enso Ro-Ro vessels. It is located on the Finnish coast near to the northern extremity of the Gulf of Bothnia and approx 10km S of Kemi (Ajos). The harbour is open throughout the year, there is no ice generally from the end of May until early Dec. The port has general cargo and Ro-Ro facilities. Veitsiluoto is administered by the nearby Port of Kemi and operated by Stora Enso Paper Mills.
