Pointe-a-Pierre (Port Code:TTPAP) is located on the west coast of Trinidad in the Gulf of Paria. The port is operated by the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago Ltd. It is principally a refinery and tanker terminal with 7 tanker berths, the largest being for vessels up to 120,000DWT. There are also sulphur/general cargo berths available for vessels up to 35,000DWT. Approx 800 vessels handled annually. Max size: Approx LOA 290m, draught 15.8m, 120,000DWT. Largest vessel handled: "Max Jacob", LOA 274m, draught 16.8m, 81,565GT.
