Heysham port (port code: GBHEY / GBHYM) is a large port in the United Kingdom. Situated 1 nautical mile southwest of Throbshaw Point, in Morecambe Bay on the northwest coast of England, it is a tidal basin of 14 hectares with three quays.
The port handles regular passenger and freight traffic to and from Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man. It has Ro-Ro, general cargo facilities and a supply base for oil and gas. Main cargoes handled are woodpulp, timber, pvc, aggregates and general cargo.
