Hanko port (port code: FIHKO) is the southernmost port of Finland. It is situated on the southwest coast, approximately 150 kilometers southwest of Helsinki.
The port remains open throughout the year with the assistance of State icebreakers. It has Freeport status, through Freeport of Finland Ltd. There are two harbours, an Inner Harbour and an Outer Harbour, both with dry cargo/Ro-Ro berths.
