Nicaraguan commercial port.It is located on the southeast coast of arcadoles island on the Northwest Pacific coast of the country, 262 nautical miles away from pontarenas port in the southeast and 175 nautical miles away from akahutra port in the northwest.There is a sea wall connecting with the mainland.There is a quay extending from southwest to northeast of the port, 610 meters long, with three berths.Berths No. 1 and No. 2 in the south are 370 meters long and are general cargo terminals;In the north, there is a container terminal with a length of 240 meters and a water depth of 13.35 meters at the front of the terminal;There is also a banana export trestle Wharf in the south, with a water depth of 10.9 meters.More than 60% of China's foreign trade exports, including cotton, coffee, sugar, bananas, timber, etc.

Corinto Port (port code: NICIO) is Nicaragua’s main commercial port and the second most important in terms of cruise ship arrivals. It is located on the Pacific coast, in the department of Chinandega, at the mouth of the El Realejo estuary.
There are two transit cargo warehouses within the port area, covering 5,924.04 square meters each. There are 27,700 square meters outdoor storage area for storage of containers, merchandise in general and vehicles. The port’s fuel station has a storage capacity of handling 5,000-gallon diesel tank.
The port has facilities available for general cargo vessels and tankers with cargoes ranging from bananas, sugar and cotton to oil and manufactured goods. It handles approximately 1.6 million tons of cargo and 7,000TEU annually.
Each year about 270 vessels visit the port, among which around 65% are cargo vessels, and 27% are tankers. The maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 231 meters. The maximum draught is 11.5 meters. The maximum deadweight is 73,911t.
