Cape Cuvier Port (Port Code: AUCCU) is a port situated on the West coast of Australia, North of the Geographe Channel. The onshore facilities incorporate the Lake MacLeod salt and gypsum reclamation operations. The privately operated offshore vessel moorings and loading facilities are situated at the end of a timber decked jetty. Depth at the berth (LAT) is 17.8m. A central timber decked wharf head carries a fixed position, stiff arm, slewing and luffing conveyor boom shiploader with deflector capability for spout trimming. The moorings consist of 6 buoys fitted with fixed hooks and held to the seabed by concrete clumps backed up by one or more anchors. Approx 2,500,000t of cargo are handled annually.
