Port of Bahrain, is located on the northeast coast of Bahrain (full name: THE STATE OF BAHRAIN), between Saudi Arabia and the Qatar Peninsula, about 10 miles away from each of the two countries. It is the state of Bahrain. The largest port. It is the seat of MANAMA, the capital of Bahrain, and is also the national industrial and commercial center. There is a large oil refinery with an annual output of 12.5 million tons, which can process more than 12 million tons of crude oil each year. There is also the largest aluminum smelter in the Middle East. Bahrain has high-quality pearl resources. At the beginning of the 20th century, Bahrain’s pearls accounted for 1/2 of the world’s annual production. The international airport has regular flights to Europe, the United States, Australia, the Far East and the Gulf region.

    • Port of Bahrain (Port of Bahrain) here introduces the main three port areas: (1) Minasalman (MINASALMAN) port area, Bahrain's largest port area, a total of 18 berths, of which the main container terminal shoreline length 600m, the largest reliable container ship of 65,000 dwt; (2) Sitra port area, also known as Xichuan port area, is mainly an oil terminal with a maximum water depth of 13.4m; (3) Manama (MANAMA) The port area is mainly operated at anchorages with a water depth of 20m. Loading and unloading equipment includes various shore cranes, portable cranes, container cranes, floating cranes, forklifts, tugs and ro-ro facilities, among which the floating crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 400 tons and a tug power of 1177kw. The shed area is about 90,000 square meters. The Port Free Trade Zone is located in the Minasulman Port area. In 1992, the container throughput was 89,000 TEU. The main export goods are petroleum, petroleum products, aluminum ingots, pearls and fish products, etc. The imported goods mainly include grain, machinery, transportation equipment, food and industrial products. The port can undertake various ship repairs and has a large dry dock that can accommodate giant ships of 550,000 tons.
