In addition to complying with the provisions on the transport of ordinary goods, the transport of special goods shall comply with the following corresponding special requirements:  

If the consignor requests urgent transportation of the goods, the express transportation may be effected and the express freight shall be charged according to the provisions with the consent of the carrier,

Without special approval of CAAC, no microorganism products, such as bacteria species and culture media, which are harmful to human body, animals and plants, shall be transported.  

Biological products, such as vaccines, vaccines, antibiotics and serum, which have been artificially manufactured, refined and sterilized, can be shipped according to general cargo if the shipper provides proof of sterility and non-toxicity.  

Storage and transportation of microorganism and harmful biological products shall be kept away from food.  

The transportation of plants and plant products shall be based on the valid "Phytosanitary Certificate" issued by the phytosanitary department at or above the county level in the place where the shipper is located.  

Bone ashes should be placed in a closed plastic bag or other airtight container with a wooden box and a cloth wrapper around the outer layer.  

Conditions for coffin consignment:  

(1) The shipper shall present the death certificate issued by the hospital and the transport clearance certificate issued by the relevant authorities, and contact the carrier in advance for agreement;  

(2) the corpse is not contagious;  

(3) the corpse has been treated for embalming and within the period of embalming;  

(4) The corpse shall be packed in an iron coffin or a wooden coffin, with an iron leather case and rings for easy handling.  The coffin is laid with wood chips or charcoal and other adsorption materials, and the coffin should not leak and be nailed or welded to ensure that the smell and liquid will not overflow;  

(5) At the time of shipment, the shipper shall provide an encoffination certificate issued by the funeral department.  Article 32 The transport of dangerous goods must comply with the regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration of China on the safe transport of dangerous goods by air.  

The transport of animals must conform to the relevant state regulations, and the immunization certificate and quarantine certificate issued by the local quarantine department at or above the county level must be presented.  For consigned animals under state protection, approval certificates from relevant departments shall also be issued;  The consignment of animals falling within the scope of market management shall be certified by the market management department.  

In consigning animals, the shipper shall contact the carrier in advance and book shipping space.  Live Animal Transport declaration must be filled in when handling consignment formalities.  Animals requiring special care and feeding or in large quantities shall be transported under escort.  

Animal packaging, not only easy to load and unload but also suitable for animal characteristics and air transport requirements, to prevent animal damage, escape and contact with the outside world, at the bottom to prevent excrement overflow measures, to ensure ventilation, prevent animal asphyxiation.  Notes for care and transportation shall be marked on the outer packages of animals.  

The shipper and consignee shall deliver and pick up the animals at the airport and be responsible for their custody before and after transport.  For stowing animals with special requirements, the shipper shall give notice to the carrier or give instructions on the spot.  

The carrier shall carry the animals in an aircraft compartment suitable for carrying them.  The carrier shall not be liable for the death of the animal in the course of transport, except through his fault.  China Civil Aviation Laws and Regulations Compilation  

In consigning fresh and perishable goods, the shipper shall provide the maximum permissible time limit for transportation and precautions for transportation, reserve the shipping space, and send the goods to the airport for consigning at the agreed time.  The fresh perishable articles that require quarantine inspection as stipulated by the government shall present the quarantine certificate issued by the relevant department.  Packaging should be suitable for the characteristics of live perishable goods, so as not to contaminate or damage aircraft and other cargo.  Live perishable articles with bad smell shall not be carried on passenger flights.  The fresh perishable articles requiring special care shall be provided by the shipper with necessary facilities and escorted by the shipper when necessary.  In the course of transportation and storage of fresh perishable goods, the expenses incurred by the carrier for taking protective measures shall be borne by the shipper or consignee.  

Valuables include: gold, platinum, iridium, rhodium, palladium and other rare metals and their products;  All kinds of precious stones, jades, diamonds, pearls and their products;  Valuable cultural relics (including books, paintings, antiques, etc.);  Cash, negotiable securities and articles with a gross weight of more than 2,000 yuan per kilogram, etc.  Valuables should be packed in strong, tight packing cases with iron hoops of type and seals at the seams.  

Guns and police weapons (firearms for short) are special controlled items;  Ammunition is a specially controlled dangerous substance.  The following certificates shall be presented when consigning:  

(1) For the consignment of all kinds of firearms and ammunition, the shipper must present a transport permit issued by the public security bureau of the county or city at the place of departure or the permit issued by the competent ministries and commissions of the state;  

(2) The domestic transport of all kinds of guns and ammunition, entering or leaving the territory, must present certificates of carrying and carrying issued by border checkpoints;  The packaging of firearms and ammunition shall be the original packaging, while the original packaging of non-factory packaging shall be firm, strict and sealed.  The gun powder needs to be packed separately.  

The whole process of transporting firearms and ammunition should be strictly handed over.  

If, according to the nature of the goods, the care and supervision of special persons are required in the course of transportation, the shipper shall send persons to escort the goods, or else the carrier shall have the right not to carry the goods.  Cargo under escort must be booked in advance.  

The escort shall fulfill the requirements of the carrier on the escorted goods and be responsible for the safe transportation of the goods.  The escort shall purchase passenger tickets and go through boarding formalities.  

The carrier shall not be liable for the loss of the goods consigned by the shipper, unless it is proved to be caused by the fault of the carrier.  If the fault is proved to be the fault of the carrier, compensation shall be made in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 45 of these rules.  

The carrier shall assist the escorts in accomplishing the escort task, and attach "escort" labels to the packages of the escorted goods.  Note "escort" in the column of notes for storage and transportation in the waybill, and indicate the date and flight number of escort.
