Soyo Port (Port Code: AOSOY) is a port located in Angola's most northerly coastal city, in the Zaire province, close to the mouth of the Congo River. The port was initially utilised to accommodate supply vessels. After expansion, the port now includes the Angola LNG (ALNG) terminal. The port is under the authority of the Harbour Master, and is managed by Kwanda Lda, a partnership between Sonangol and Hersent Delong Ltd, which itself is a 100% subsidiary of Saipem SA. Approximately 195,000TEU is handled annually. The maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 299 meters. The maximum draught is 10.3 meters. The maximum Deadweight is 93448t.
