PLIPDECO warehouse services include import and export activities and are part of the overall logistics provided by the Port of Lisas.
The warehouse services provided by PLIPDECO include the following:
No more than container (LCL) warehouse service
The LCL warehouse is a customs-bonded facility, about 1.3 kilometers from the Port of Lisas Point. The facility provides trade and non-trade goods and is equipped with CCTV cameras.
No more than container (LCL) export service
The Legislative Council's Export Management Bureau was launched on October 14, 2013. This service helps promote intra-regional trade; exporters enjoy the ability to carry goods that are too small to fill the entire container, and small and medium-sized manufacturers have more imports and exports.
Full container (FCL) service
The FCL service department provides importers with sufficient container loading and unloading facilities and requires short-term storage of goods. Dry containers must be "delivery authorization" or "delivery to house" (to PLIPDECO's warehouse). This service especially provides seamless drying of full containers and temporary storage of goods for customers who need warehouse facilities.
