Port of Nieuw Nickerie (port code: SRICK) is a small port in Suriname, a country on the northeastern Atlantic coast of South America. Situated on the Nickerie River, 4.8 kilometers from the entrance, the port has two berths on the southwest side of the river for general cargo and three berths for petroleum products.
Approximately 90 vessels visit the port annually. The type of vessels regularly calling at the port is cargo vessels. The port allows for a maximum draught of 4.5 meters and a maximum deadweight of 7796t. The maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 120 meters.
