Port of Nakskov (Port Code: DKNKV) is one of the largest ports in the Southern part of Denmark with a depth of 8,5 meters which enables vessels up to 10-15000 mts dwt to call the port. The port is located on Lolland just a few miles away from the T-route.The main businesses are grain, gravel/stones, pellets, blades, projects cargoes. The port of Nakskov is foreseen to be one of the key ports in connection to the upcoming Femern Project. The port is sheltered from all winds and is navigable day and night. Facilities are available for dry/bulk cargoes, general cargoes, Ro-Ro passenger/car ferries and liquid cargoes.
Nakskov Bulk Terminal was established by Krinak A/S in 2014 and has a storage capacity of 16000 mt dry bulk (wheat) and 2000 m2 open storage. The terminal offers a load rate of 600mt/hour making it possible to complete larger vessels in less than 36 hrs.
