Motukea Port (port code: PGMTK / PGMOT) is a new international wharf within Port Moresby, in Papua New Guinea. It is located roughly 12 kilometers from the Central Business District in Port Moresby.
The port is the only facility in Port Moresby that can handle international containers. Ro/Ro and break bulk vessels are also accommodated in this port. It is also the only terminal in Port Moresby that offers mobile cranes (non-ship geared) and caters to vessels with drafts under 12.5 meters.
There are three berths in this port. Berth 1 is 206 meters in length and 81 meters in width. Berth 2 and berth 3 are 206 and 80 meters long respectively.
