Hochiminh Cat Lai Port (VNCLP) is located on the west bank of the lower SAIGON river in southern Vietnam, about 46n miles from the river's mouth. HOCHIMINH, formerly known as SAIGON until 1975, is Vietnam's largest port. It is Vietnam's largest city and transportation hub and the rice distribution center of the MEKONG River delta.
