Forcados port (port code: NGFOR) is a medium-sized offshore terminal in Nigeria. It is situated off the mouth of the Forcados River.
The terminal is served by a 22-kilometer submerged pipeline from the shore to the SBM's via a production platform. The anchorage area is 3.2 kilometers southwest of the platform, where vessels wait for the pilot. Unfavourable weather conditions may be encountered during the rainy season from June to September, and sudden squalls may occur between December and April.
Approximately 140 vessels visit the port annually, among which about 22% are crude oil tankers, around 19% are fishing vessels, and approximate 11% are crew boats. The maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 336 meters. The maximum draught is 12.1 meters. The maximum deadweight is 319,896t.
