Bandar Seri Begawan Port (port code: BNBWN) is a commercial port in Brunei. It lies in the north of Kalimantan Island, on the southwest Bank of Brunei Bay between Sarawak and Sabah in East Malaysia, near the South China Sea.
With its wharf extending for 427 meters from southwest to northeast, the port has a cargo terminal, a passenger terminal and five berths. The port can only accommodate vessels with a draught of less than 6.5 meters due to the shallow water depth of Brunei Bay channel.
A present, Muara Port, a deep-water port on the inside of a headland on the West Bank of the entrance of Brunei Bay, about 10 nautical miles away from the urban area, is to meet the needs of foreign trade.
