Ardrishaig Harbour (Port Code: GBARG) is a port located on the shores of Loch Fyne. It has a close association with the Crinan Cana. The pier, located to the North of the entrance to the Crinan Canal at Ardrishaig, was completed in March 1837. The Crinan Canal itself no longer carries freight, although the harbour at Ardrishaig is an important element in Scotland’s timber trade. Approximately 120,000 tonnes pass through the harbour each year. Recently the Pier has just completed extension works to accommodate larger vessels with the hope of attracting new customers.
