The first China International Consumer Goods Fair opened in Haikou, Hainan Province on May 6.

According to Haikou Daily at the Consumer Expo, at the site of the intercontinental cargo route promotion meeting between Milan and Haikou, Bondex Logistics established a strategic cooperation with the Italian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Haikou Meilan International Airport Limited, China Southern Airlines and Haikou Comprehensive Free Trade Zone. And Bondex Logistics will jointly establish an end-to-end international supply chain between China and Europe -- the "China-Europe Fashion Express" platform. By providing one-stop intelligent supply chain logistics services and building intercontinental air logistics channel, beauty products, home furnishing daily necessities and high-end boutique and other international fashion consumer goods from Italy and Switzerland can enter Hainan free trade port.

It is reported that "China-Europe Fashion Express" -- the chartered direct flights from Italy Milan to Haikou is expected to launch in mid to late May. It ends the history that Europe's most important source of fashion consumer goods -- the Italian-Swiss industrial agglomeration has no direct flights with Hainan.

The products of high-end boutique manufacturers in the Italian Lombardy region can take as fast as 36 hours from the manufacturers' collection to the international direct flight to Hainan duty-free sales counter. Compared with the previous 40-60 days of sea freight and 7-8 days of international transit air freight, the time in transit is shortened and money is saved.
